Submitted cases are reviewed by a clinical coordinator for completeness and suitability before a consultation is scheduled. This is a paid clinical service; it is not a walk-in or free enquiry channel, and every request is subject to eligibility review before any fee is taken.

Fees are professional charges for the reviewing specialist's time and are quoted per case. The applicable tier is confirmed after the clinical coordinator has reviewed the submitted records and accepted the case. Fees are payable once the case is accepted and a slot is offered.
